Frequently asked questions
Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?
Yes — space is limited, so we recommend booking your class ahead of time through our website or app. Walk-ins aren’t guaranteed and may be turned away if the class is full.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a mat (grip mat preferred), a water bottle, and a towel. Wear something breathable that allows you to move and sweat comfortably.
Do you provide water?
We have water available for purchase in-studio, but we always encourage bringing your own reusable bottle.
Is there parking?
Yes! Free parking is available in the lot directly outside the studio.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled class to avoid a fee. If you cancel within 8 hours of class, you’ll incur a $10 late cancellation fee. If you’re signed up and don’t show up, a $20 no-show fee will apply. This helps keep things fair and allows someone else to take your spot.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email or text. Be sure to check your notifications and show up on time!
When should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and chat with your instructor if needed.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
Yes. We get that life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year. Cancellations require notice per our membership terms — more details coming soon.
Can I work out at The Office while pregnant?
Because we are a heated studio, we ask that you consult with your doctor and get medical approval before attending any classes. Our instructors can provide modifications, and we encourage you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels supportive.
Is there an age limit?
You must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Anyone under 18 will need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely. Whether you’re just getting started or already in a groove, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Modifications are always offered.
